At Madstyle Vintage, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery expectations.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, (Tuesday - Saturday).

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, a separate email containing tracking information will be sent so you can monitor your shipment.

During busy seasons, holidays, special promotions, or periods of increased demand, processing times may occasionally be extended.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer shipping throughout the United States.

Standard Shipping: $5.99 per order

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Time

After processing, most orders are delivered within 4–7 business days (Mon-Fri).

Delivery estimates are based on normal carrier operations and are calculated using Mon-Fri. Delivery times may vary due to destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Coverage

At this time, Madstyle Vintage ships exclusively within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available within the carrier's system.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to update the information before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order enters processing.

Lost Or Delayed Shipments

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support team.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter and provide updates whenever possible.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• Natural disasters or emergency situations

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Madstyle Vintage is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our reasonable control.
